Terms
These Terms govern your use of dramadrama.ai and submissions made through Drama Drama, and include the Creator Terms for creators and agencies who publish and earn on Drama Drama, and Coins, tips and memberships for fans who pay on Drama Drama. Drama Drama is operated by Muse Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Muse,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or submitting a form you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Creators and agencies accept the Creator Terms online in the creator workspace.
The website
The website describes Drama Drama, a platform for creators of AI characters and AI dramas to offer paid content and experiences to their fans, and related production services. The information on the website is descriptive and may change before and after launch. Except for the Creator Terms, which creators and agencies accept online in the creator workspace, Coins, tips and memberships, which fans accept in the app before they pay, and the Story Submission Terms, which visitors accept when they send a story, nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance by submitting a form.
Story submissions. Stories sent through Share your story are covered by the Story Submission Terms, which visitors accept with a checkbox before sending.
Creator waitlist
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Drama Drama, a place in any cohort, or any timeline.
- Joining the waitlist does not create a commercial partnership, agency, employment or any other relationship between you and Muse.
- Neither you nor Drama Drama is obliged to proceed. We may decline or defer any application, and you may withdraw at any time by emailing us.
- Joining the waitlist allows Drama Drama to review your application, including your public profiles, and to contact you about it.
- You confirm that the details you submit are accurate and that the profiles you link are yours or ones you are entitled to represent.
Creator Terms
These Creator Terms are the standard publishing and monetization agreement between you, as a creator or an agency, and Muse Financial Technologies, Inc., operating Drama Drama. You accept them online in the creator workspace, and Drama Drama records the version you accepted and when. No separate signed contract is needed for standard participation. Separate written agreements are used only for negotiated arrangements: co-productions and business projects. The rest of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Copyright and IP Policy also apply to you.
Content permissions
For standard participation, you retain the ownership rights you hold in the content, characters and other material you publish on Drama Drama (“your content”). You grant Muse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, display and stream your content, to promote it and Drama Drama with excerpts and thumbnails, and to make it available to fans on Drama Drama. The license lasts while your content is published and as long as needed to honor fans’ existing paid access periods, and it lets Muse keep records of your content and of related transactions. It ends when you remove your content, except for fans’ existing paid access periods and the copies and records Muse must keep for legal or record-keeping purposes.
Publishing content, purchasing production credits, using Drama Drama’s tools, or receiving starting or milestone bonuses does not itself transfer ownership or create a co-production. Standard participation is non-exclusive, and you may publish content you wholly own elsewhere.
Any co-ownership, perpetual distribution mandate or additional rights concerning a co-production must be expressly granted in a separate agreement signed by both parties and identifying the covered material. The standard publishing license above does not itself grant those additional rights.
Your responsibilities
- You have the rights and permissions needed to publish and monetize your content, including the characters, likenesses and voices in it.
- The information you give Drama Drama, including channel, payout and tax details, is accurate and kept up to date.
- Your content and your channel comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and the Copyright and IP Policy.
- An agency that accepts these Creator Terms on behalf of creators or talent has authority to act for them.
Earnings and fees
Drama Drama publishes its current creator revenue shares on the creator revenue calculator. The creator’s percentage is: 80% for creator-provided paid episodes and full-series unlocks, for personalized requests generated by the creator, and for tips and other digital gifts outside co-production; 40% for Live AI Chat (text, voice and video) and for personalized requests generated and funded by Drama Drama, after the directly attributable AI model and generation costs described below; and 40% for co-produced content and associated experiences (60% to Drama Drama). Co-production terms take precedence over the standard creator-provided split and over any promotion. The shares that apply to you are those in these Creator Terms; the revenue calculator illustrates them. Drama Drama may change them for the future only: a change never applies to revenue already earned, and it is announced in the creator workspace with an updated version of these Creator Terms for you to accept.
The 40% creator / 60% Drama Drama split for co-produced content and associated experiences applies only to content and experiences covered by the separate signed co-production agreement, including the AI-character and interactive experiences identified in it. Standard rates remain applicable outside that agreement.
“Net Revenue” (the eligible revenue base) means the revenue attributable to the relevant content or experience that is actually received and cleared by Drama Drama, excluding applicable transaction taxes and adjusted for refunds, chargebacks and payment reversals. A refund and a chargeback reversing the same amount are counted once. Incoming payment-processing costs and payout fees are not part of this definition: they are deducted separately, after the creator’s share is calculated.
For Live AI Chat and personalized requests generated and funded by Drama Drama, directly attributable AI model and generation costs are deducted from Net Revenue before the 40% creator / 60% Drama Drama split. These costs are the actual usage-based model, inference, voice, image or video generation costs incurred for the paid experience. Drama Drama’s salaries, general software, general hosting and other operating overhead are not deducted. For these categories, creator earnings = ((Net Revenue − directly attributable AI model and generation costs) × 40%) − attributable incoming payment-processing costs. For other standard categories, creator earnings = (Net Revenue × creator share) − attributable incoming payment-processing costs.
Creator earnings arise when fans spend paid credits on content or experiences, not when a fan purchases a credit pack. Monthly channel memberships and tips are paid by fans in U.S. dollars, and their earnings arise from the fan’s cleared payment. The creator’s share of a membership is 80% (co-produced shows are not included in memberships). Tips are split 80% to the creator and 20% to Drama Drama: the creator’s 80% is calculated on the tip’s Net Revenue first, the processing cost of the fan’s tip payment is then deducted from it, and payout fees apply when the earnings are paid out. Tips are digital gifts under these Creator Terms. The current credit model is about 100 credits for US$1, in packs of US$4.99 (500 credits), US$9.99 (1,000), US$19.99 (2,000), US$29.99 (3,000), US$49.99 (5,000) and US$99.99 (10,000); the model may change. Creators see earnings in U.S. dollars.
Refunds and chargebacks
A refund, chargeback or payment reversal adjusts the earnings from the related purchase. Drama Drama decides refunds under its policies.
Payouts
Payouts are monthly once eligible cleared earnings reach US$10, measured before payout fees; smaller balances carry forward to the next month, and reaching the minimum does not trigger an immediate payout. Each payout is reduced by a 1% Drama Drama payout service fee on the amount being paid out, plus the payout provider’s actual cost, which can differ by method. Payouts are sent manually by the Drama Drama team, by bank transfer or wire, to an account in your name or your business’s name, after Drama Drama has collected your payout details and any verification that it or its banking partners require. Payouts are not automated, and Drama Drama does not promise automated payouts; it may offer other payout methods later and will describe a method before it is used for your payouts. Drama Drama does not promise a specific payout day, settlement speed, currency or country coverage, and does not execute a payout whose recipient amount would be zero or negative.
Moderation
Drama Drama may review, hold, restrict or remove content, and restrict or suspend channels, under the Acceptable Use Policy and the Copyright and IP Policy. Those policies describe what happens to fans’ access and to monetization and payouts connected to the content, including pausing monetization or withholding payouts connected to a violation while it is reviewed. A removal under those policies is not a voluntary removal under Paid access periods.
Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes on your earnings. Drama Drama may ask you for tax forms or tax information.
Ending
You can stop publishing at any time. Your cleared earnings are paid in the normal monthly cycle once they reach the payout minimum. Fans who unlocked an episode or a full series keep access until their unlock periods end, as described in Paid access periods. Members of your channel can watch only while your channel and the content are published: when you stop publishing, they lose access to it, their renewals are stopped, and no automatic refund is made for the rest of the period.
For material covered by a separate signed co-production agreement, ending standard participation does not by itself terminate distribution rights granted under that agreement. Its provisions govern the duration, termination and survival of those rights.
Paid access periods
A paid episode unlock and a full-series unlock each last 30 days from the moment of the unlock, not from the coin purchase. A full-series unlock includes episodes added to that same series during the active period; adding an episode does not restart or extend the original period. If a creator voluntarily removes an episode or series from sale, new purchases stop and existing buyers keep access until their individual periods expire. Legally required takedowns and safety actions are governed by the Acceptable Use Policy and the Copyright and IP Policy, not by this rule. These access rules do not apply to Live AI Chat, personalized requests or digital gifts.
Coins, tips and memberships
This section applies when you buy coins, unlock episodes or series, send a tip or subscribe to a channel membership on Drama Drama. You accept it in the app before you pay, and Drama Drama records the version you accepted and when. Where other parts of these Terms say “credits” for what fans buy and spend, they mean coins.
Coins
Coins are sold in one-time packs priced in U.S. dollars. The price and the number of coins are shown before you pay, and a pack never renews. You use coins to unlock paid episodes and full series, at the coin price each creator sets. Coins are spent only when you confirm an unlock: buying coins does not unlock anything by itself. Tips and memberships are paid in U.S. dollars, not with coins.
Free chat coins
Some packs include free chat coins, when the offer is shown before you pay. Free chat coins are a separate balance for character chat only. They never unlock episodes or series, and they cannot be turned into coins or withdrawn.
Buying without signing in
If you buy without signing in, what you buy is kept in that browser. To keep it on your account, sign in from the same browser, or use “Missing a purchase?” in Purchases & access with the email address you paid with.
Unlocks
An unlock lasts for the period described in Paid access periods. When it ends, you can unlock again for a new period at the current price. Drama Drama does not let you unlock an episode you can already watch through an active unlock, a full-series unlock or a membership. A full-series price is not reduced for episodes you unlocked separately. If Drama Drama suspends a channel, its episodes cannot be watched during the suspension; unlock periods keep running and are not extended.
Tips
A tip is a one-time payment of US$1 to US$500 to a channel. It does not give access to any content. Drama Drama keeps 20% of each tip; the creator’s 80% is paid out under the Creator Terms.
Channel memberships
- A membership is a monthly subscription to one channel, in U.S. dollars, at the price the creator sets, shown before you subscribe. For each month you pay for, it includes the paid episodes and series in that channel’s membership. Co-produced shows, character chat and tips are not included.
- It renews automatically each month, charged to the payment method you subscribed with, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for while the channel is available. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
- If a renewal payment fails, your access ends at the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling then stops further payment attempts and ends the membership.
- If the creator changes the monthly price, the new price applies to new members only; your membership keeps the price it started at.
- Members can watch only while the channel is available. If a channel is suspended, under review or taken offline by its creator, Drama Drama stops its members’ renewals and they are not charged again. If the channel is back before your paid period ends, you can watch until then and choose whether to turn renewal back on. Drama Drama may also pause all memberships; renewals then stop and you are not charged again.
Refunds and payment disputes
When a payment is refunded in full, or reversed after a payment dispute:
- for a coin pack, its unspent coins and the unused free chat coins that came with it are removed, and an episode or full-series unlock paid with its coins that is still running ends. Coins from your other packs used for that unlock are returned to your balance. Unlocks that already ended are not affected;
- for the current period of a membership, the membership ends at once and does not renew.
Nothing is refunded automatically when an unlock period ends or when a channel is suspended or taken offline.
Availability
Purchases can be unavailable at times, on Drama Drama as a whole or on a particular channel. A payment you have already made is still processed.
Founding creator referral program
The offer is described on the referral program page. In summary: a creator or agency that completes the access form receives a personal referral link or code. A referred signup is recorded at form submission but counts only once the referred creator or agency has passed the required verification, completed onboarding and activated by publishing a first piece of content (free or paid) or adding an AI character that fans can actually chat with; no purchase, paying fan or revenue is required. One verified agency account counts once, however many creators, profiles, characters or series it manages. Reaching 10 qualifying referrals starts a one-time reward of 90 consecutive days, beginning when the tenth qualifying referral completes activation, during which Drama Drama’s content commission on the referrer’s eligible creator-provided paid episode and full-series unlocks is zero; for an agency, the reward covers the eligible episodes and series managed under that agency account. The tenth qualifying referral must occur on or before March 31, 2027 (23:59:59 UTC, the program’s declared timezone); a reward earned by then runs its full 90 days even beyond that date. The reward is available once per creator or agency and is never renewed, extended or stacked. Excluded: co-produced content (which keeps its 40% creator / 60% Drama Drama split), Live AI Chat, personalized requests and digital gifts. Incoming payment-processing costs and payout fees (the 1% Drama Drama payout service fee plus the provider’s actual cost) still apply. The waiver applies to eligible unlocks that occur during the reward window, whatever the coin-purchase or payout date. Duplicate identities and self-referrals are resolved by Drama Drama. Drama Drama may modify or end the program prospectively through a disclosed, versioned change; rewards already earned are honored. A creator who promotes Drama Drama because of this incentive must disclose it where applicable, for example: “I may earn a commission waiver if eligible creators join and activate through my link.”
Co-production
Co-production is optional and requires a separate agreement signed by both parties. The agreement identifies the covered episodes, assets and associated experiences, production scope, costs, responsibilities, schedule, creative approvals, revenue sharing and distribution rights. Standard participation, uploading content or using production credits does not itself create a co-production.
Our co-production model provides for 40% creator or partner studio / 60% Drama Drama ownership of the identified newly co-produced episodes and assets. Underlying intellectual property remains with the party that brought it, subject to expressly agreed permissions. Ownership of underlying intellectual property created jointly is agreed separately. Co-ownership of produced assets does not itself transfer ownership of a pre-existing story, characters, title or series bible.
The separate signed agreement expressly appoints Drama Drama as distributor and sales agent for the covered material, with a perpetual distribution mandate, and defines its scope, permitted uses and limits. These may include digital platforms, television, cinema, airlines, podcast networks and agreed AI-character and interactive experiences. This authority comes from that agreement, not from accepting the standard Creator Terms or from an ownership percentage alone.
The agreement also defines licensing-income allocation, agreed direct third-party costs, reporting and payment arrangements. It distinguishes licenses of completed co-produced episodes from licenses of underlying intellectual property and jointly produced material used in new adaptations. Mixed-rights allocations are agreed in advance. No additional Drama Drama distribution or licensing commission is charged on top of its 60% licensing share. These arrangements do not waive applicable platform payment-processing or payout fees.
Business projects
Submitting a business inquiry is a request for a conversation. It is not an order and does not create a contract. Scope, fees, deliverables, timelines and rights for any project are governed by a separate proposal, agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.
Acceptable use and rights
Do not submit information that is false, that belongs to someone else without their permission, or that is unlawful. Do not interfere with the website or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Creators and agencies must have the rights or permissions needed to monetize the characters, likenesses, voices and content they bring to Drama Drama. Agencies representing creators or talent must have authority to act on their behalf. Our Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright and IP Policy form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Drama Drama name, logo, website design, copy and the example videos on the website belong to Muse or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. For standard participation, your ownership rights remain yours, subject to the publishing license in the Creator Terms. Ownership and additional permissions for separately agreed co-productions are governed by the signed co-production agreement.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muse excludes all warranties about the website and its content and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from any submission. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes to the Creator Terms apply only for the future and are presented in the creator workspace as an updated version for you to accept, as described in Creator Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
