Creators can offer gated episode access and additional paid experiences around serialized stories.
Monetize AI characters
Fans can pay for interactive and personalized experiences built around the characters they already follow, including Live AI Chat across text, voice and video.
Operate the monetization layer
Drama Drama operates the website and app experience, payments, payouts, analytics, moderation and related platform infrastructure, so creators can keep using social platforms for discovery and use Drama Drama for direct fan monetization.
Creators and agencies
Drama Drama is built for individual creators as well as agencies and management teams managing multiple AI characters, creators or drama series. Each property keeps its own content, monetization and performance data while an agency manages the portfolio centrally.
Drama Drama Studio and Creator Launch
Creators can produce with their existing tools or request production access through Drama Drama Studio. Approved creators can request a starting bonus through Creator Launch and unlock additional production bonuses by reaching program milestones. These bonuses do not change standard revenue shares. Co-production is a separate agreement.
Optional co-production
For selected creators, Drama Drama can also help create a series through a co-production partnership that can include writers, production and production costs. Co-production is optional and is not required to use the platform.
How creators earn
Revenue shares are applied to Net Revenue, the eligible revenue base: the revenue attributable to the content or experience that is actually received and cleared, excluding applicable transaction taxes and adjusted for refunds, chargebacks and payment reversals. The percentages below are the creator's allocation before separately deducted payment-processing and payout fees; Drama Drama keeps the remainder of each category.

Incoming payment-processing costs and payout fees are deducted separately after the split: creator earnings = (Net Revenue × creator share) − attributable incoming payment-processing costs. Co-production terms take precedence over the standard split and over any promotion; personalized requests, digital gifts and Live AI Chat never receive the referral waiver.
Fans pay with credits: the current model is 100 credits for US$1, in US$5, US$10, US$15 and US$20 packs, and creator earnings are recognized when paid credits are spent, not when a pack is purchased. A paid episode or full-series unlock lasts 30 days from the unlock; a full-series unlock includes episodes added to that series during the period without extending it. Payouts are monthly once eligible cleared earnings reach US$10 before payout fees, each reduced by a 1% Drama Drama payout service fee plus the payout provider's actual cost; Stripe and stablecoin payouts are offered where supported, with the method confirmed during onboarding. Founding creators and agencies can earn a one-time reward through the referral program: 10 qualifying referrals by March 31, 2027. Zero content commission for 90 days. Payment-processing and payout fees still apply.
