How to produce your first AI drama episode

Your first production should prove that the characters, story and visual style work together. Choose a scene you can finish, then build the production around the action that matters.

Start with a producible script

Identify the moment that changes the episode and the ending that makes viewers want more. For an initial test, reduce unnecessary locations, background characters and complicated movement. Choose vertical or horizontal framing before generating your references.

Prepare your references

Keep a consistent reference for each character, outfit and location. Record the appearance of important props. Reuse the same approved references across shots so you can check continuity instead of inventing the world again every time.

Turn the scene into a shot plan

For each shot, record the action, dialogue, target duration, references and estimated credit debit. Write what the camera must show. Test the difficult moment first

Generate a test of the most demanding action or dialogue exchange. Check character identity, delivery, movement and framing. If it fails, simplify or rewrite that moment before generating the rest of the episode.

Generate and review

Check each result against the script and references. Look for changes in faces, clothing, props and room layout, as well as missing dialogue or unclear actions. Track attempts and remaining credits. Retry with a specific correction rather than generating the same request repeatedly.

Assemble and publish

Edit the selected shots, check sound, add any needed captions and watch the complete episode. Upload it to your series page, choose free or paid access, and share the link from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X.
