Copyright and IP Policy
Drama Drama, operated by Muse Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Muse,” “we,” “us”), respects the intellectual property and personal rights of others and expects creators, agencies and fans to do the same. This page explains how a rights holder can report claimed infringement, what we do with a report, how an affected creator can respond, and what happens to repeat infringers.
1. What you can report
- Use of your copyrighted work (video, images, music, scripts, characters, artwork) without permission.
- Use of your trademark or brand in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.
- Use of your face, body, voice or name in a character or experience without your consent, including synthetic reproduction.
- An account or character that impersonates you or your organization.
Creators are required to have the rights to what they monetize on Drama Drama; see our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. How to report claimed infringement
Send your report by email to hello@trymuse.com with the subject line “Rights report”. So that we can act on it, include:
- Who you are: your full name, the name of the rights holder you represent if that is not you, a postal address, an email address and, if you are an agent, a statement that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- The original work or right: a description of the copyrighted work, trademark, likeness or voice you say has been infringed, with a link, registration number or copy where one exists.
- The content on Drama Drama: the URL, account name, character name or other detail that lets us find exactly what you are reporting.
- Your good-faith statement: that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law, and that the information in your report is accurate.
- Your signature: a physical or electronic signature.
Reports that do not identify the work and the content clearly enough for us to locate both may be returned for more information. Knowingly false reports can make you liable for the harm they cause.
3. What we do with a report
We review each complete report. Where a report is valid on its face, we may remove or disable access to the reported content, pause monetization of it, and notify the creator or agency responsible, giving them a copy of the report or its substance. We keep records of reports and the actions we take.
We respond as promptly as we reasonably can. We do not promise a fixed response time.
4. Responding to a report against your content
If content you posted was removed or disabled because of a rights report and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to hello@trymuse.com with the subject line “Counter-notice”. Include:
- your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number;
- identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- evidence of your rights or permissions where relevant, such as a licence or a signed likeness release;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward your counter-notice to the person who made the original report. Depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the claim, content may be restored after a waiting period if the reporting party does not take further action, or we may keep it disabled while the parties resolve the matter. We will tell you what we decide.
5. Repeat infringers
We keep track of rights reports against each account. Accounts that repeatedly infringe, or that infringe seriously, are terminated, and associated payouts connected to the infringing content may be withheld. We may also terminate an account after a single violation where the circumstances justify it.
6. Other concerns
For impersonation, misuse of a likeness or voice, or any other rights concern that is not a copyright claim, use the same address, hello@trymuse.com, and describe the concern with the same level of detail. For questions about our Terms or Privacy Policy, see the contact sections of those pages.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product and the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
