Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to everyone who uses Drama Drama, operated by Muse Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Muse,” “we,” “us”): creators, agencies and management teams, and fans. It forms part of our Terms. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, do not do it, and ask us first.
1. You must have the rights to what you monetize
Creators and agencies must have the rights or permissions needed to monetize every character, likeness, voice, image, video, script, piece of music and other content they bring to Drama Drama. That includes the right to reproduce it, distribute it, create AI-generated variations of it and charge fans for it.
If a character or experience uses a real person's face, body, voice or name, you must have that person's explicit, documented permission for the uses you make of it on Drama Drama, including synthetic reproduction and commercial use. Agencies representing creators or talent must have the authority to act on their behalf and must be able to show it on request.
2. No unauthorized impersonation
Do not present a character, account or experience as a real person, brand or organization without their authorization. Fictional characters are welcome; passing a synthetic likeness off as someone real, or implying an endorsement that does not exist, is not.
3. No infringing content
Do not upload, generate or monetize content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy or other rights. This includes characters, artwork, music, footage, scripts and voices you do not own or have not licensed for this use. Our Copyright and IP Policy explains how rights holders can report claimed infringement and how we handle it.
4. No fraud or deception
Do not mislead fans about what they are buying, use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, manipulate views, purchases or engagement, open accounts under false identities, or attempt to obtain payouts you are not entitled to. Do not submit false information during identity, business or rights verification.
5. No illegal or harmful content
Do not create, distribute or monetize content that is illegal where you or your fans are, that sexualizes minors or depicts anyone under 18 in a sexual context, that threatens, harasses or incites violence against people, that promotes self-harm, or that is otherwise prohibited by our Terms or by law. Content and interactions involving real people must respect their dignity and their rights.
6. No circumvention of verification or safety controls
Do not bypass, disable or interfere with identity or business verification, age controls, content moderation, character safety boundaries, payment controls, rate limits or any other safety or security measure on Drama Drama. Do not access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
7. Fans
Fans must use paid experiences as intended: no abusive or harassing behaviour toward creators or characters, no attempts to extract personal data, no reselling or redistributing gated content, and no chargeback abuse.
8. How we enforce this policy
We may remove or disable content, pause monetization, withhold payouts connected to a violation while we review it, and suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent termination. Where we are legally required to, we may report conduct to the relevant authorities.
Decisions under this policy are made by Drama Drama. We aim to be proportionate and to tell you what happened and why, and you can contact us if you believe a decision was wrong.
9. Report a concern
To report copyright or trademark infringement, impersonation, misuse of a likeness or voice, or another rights concern, follow the steps in our Copyright and IP Policy. For other concerns about content or behaviour on Drama Drama, email hello@trymuse.com.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product and the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
