Privacy Policy
Drama Drama is operated by Muse Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Muse,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information submitted through Drama Drama and dramadrama.ai.
Information you give us
Creator waitlist. When you join the creator waitlist we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (with its country code) and main social or profile URL, and an additional profile URL if you choose to add one. We also record how you reached the website (for example the campaign link you clicked, the referring site and the page you landed on). If you arrived through another creator’s referral link, we record that creator’s referral code with your submission, and we issue you a referral code of your own, shown once on the confirmation screen, so that referred signups can be attributed for the founding referral program.
Business inquiries. When you tell us about a business project we collect your name, work email, company, website, the kind of content you are interested in, what you want to promote, explain or bring to life, and a budget range if you choose to give one.
Email. If you write to us, we keep the email and our reply.
Story submissions. If you send a story through Share your story, we collect the story, your attribution choice and, only if you add them, your email and credit name. When a story arrives, our team also receives an email notification in our own mailbox, sent through our email provider, with its reference, the time we received it and the full story text. The separate email and credit-name fields are not included in that notification. How we use, share and keep them is described in the Story Submission Terms.
Distribution and production funding submissions. When you send a series, catalogue or production funding application through our Distribution page, we receive your name, email address, WhatsApp phone number, country, LinkedIn profile and studio or company if you add them, the project details and links you provide, and any viewing password you choose to share. The submission is stored in a dedicated database used only for distribution applications, separate from our waitlist and other site data. Our team may also receive an email notification about it; any viewing password is stored encrypted and is never included in such emails. We use the submission to review it and to contact you about it. To ask about or delete your submission, contact hello@dramadrama.ai.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to review creator interest, identify and understand the creator and their public profiles, contact the creator about Drama Drama (including by email, phone or SMS about the application), understand which channels bring creators to us, administer the founding referral program (counting referred signups and recording, from evidence, when a referred creator or agency has been verified, onboarded and activated), and operate and improve the service. We use business inquiry information to review the project, respond and prepare a proposal.
Sharing
We do not sell your contact information. We may use service providers to host, operate, secure, communicate and measure Drama Drama, and they process data only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Analytics and advertising measurement
With your consent, chosen separately for each in the cookie preferences, we use Google Analytics (analytics) and the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement) to see how people find and use the website and whether our advertising works. These tools set cookies and receive standard events (page viewed, example played, form opened, form submitted) together with browser and device information. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number or profile links to these tools. You can accept or reject these cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Necessary functionality works without them.
Separately, and without third-party cookies, we count the same steps in our own database against a random browser identifier so we can see how many visitors reach each stage. That identifier is not linked to your name or contact details.
Retention
We keep waitlist and business inquiry information for as long as it is relevant to a possible relationship with you, and delete or anonymise it when it no longer is or when you ask us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. To make a request, contact Muse Financial Technologies, Inc. at hello@dramadrama.ai. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local data protection law, and we will honour them.
Likeness and content
Joining the waitlist does not give Drama Drama any right to use your name, likeness, voice, characters or content. If you later publish on Drama Drama, the use of your content is covered by the Creator Terms, which you accept online in the creator workspace. Co-productions and business projects are covered by a separate written agreement.
Children
Drama Drama is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
